Bear Den Aspen
The feeling you get when you walk into the Bear Den in Aspen is like you’re a guest in a friends’ home.
Warm and welcome, you’ll be greeted with the smell of fresh coffee and homemade muffins.
Bear Den has a lovely, creative menu that includes the Meza Casserole which is roasted potatoes, melted cheese, tomatoes, two poached organic farm fresh eggs, jalapenos, and microgreens. Yum!
On the Bear Den menu, they also offer their rendition of the classics such as the Sunny Side, prepared as two farm-fresh eggs with roasted bell peppers, sauteed onions, melted cheese on bread.
Another amazing choice is the Ajax Burrito with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, refried beans, crispy parmesan potato patty, quinoa tabbouleh, pico de gallo, and guacamole.

Mawa’s Kitchen is located inside the Aspen Business Center (also known as the ABC) which you’ll find just off of Highway 82 between Aspen and Snowmass ski resorts.
Offering an organic, locally sourced healthy breakfast menu, Mawa’s will be one of your favorite morning spots in Aspen!
A couple of signature Mawa’s Kitchen choices are Bourbon Rustic French Toast, served with gluten-free granola, fruit compote, and warm maple syrup, and Chipotle Butternut Squash Hash with bell peppers, chipotle sauce, squash, and fresh organic eggs.
Mawa’s also offers deliciously prepared traditional breakfast entrees like the American Breakfast, featuring two fresh organic eggs, veggies, potatoes, and toast or a Denver omelet.

Welcome to Aspen’s French counter cafe! Family-owned and award-winning, Jour De Fete will delight you with delicious Lavazza coffee and breakfast offerings that are creative and satisfying. An Aspen staple and favorite breakfast spot of local Aspenites!

Prospect Restaurant inside the legendary Hotel Jerome is a wonderful place to enjoy a sit-down breakfast with friends and family. A beautifully designed space with bright light and inspiring artwork invites a lovely meal!
Prospect has a nice, fresh juice bar selection, or you can start with a bloody mary or mimosa with mango and passion fruit.

Bumps at Buttermilk is located at the base of Buttermilk Ski Resort. As a quick, casual grab-and-go restaurant, you can choose from pastries, bagels, yogurt, or fruit to kick off your day!
Also featured daily are a few hot breakfast burrito selections such as bacon with hash browns, cheese, eggs, and salsa or refried beans, with hash browns, cheese eggs, and salsa.

The Crepe Shack Snowmass
